This Dievas model from Gnomon watches got me thinking....(price is way out there)

DSN 2533 watch:

Then swap to sapphire crystal and PVD coat the case.

thats a cool watch. i love it! but thats not a normal pvd though. thats plasma dlc. Avitt is thinkin of offering that service. Not cheap though..to DLC a watch....probably cost like 500-600 at least for the coating alone, on top of cost of buying a DSN. works out better if u buy the Dievas. u get 1 year warranty and box n straps etc2.

Nice dude...let us know how it go. I think Avitt sort of mentioned the diff types of DLC. check out his thread here.
