ekhunter Posted June 16, 2006 Report Posted June 16, 2006 Been waiting for a good 45mm PO with ETA movement. Has anyone seen Trusty's new 45mm PO? It looks pretty damn good. Thinking about pulling the trigger on this one. Any comments, especially from those that have already have purchased this particular model.

Lugs 20mm apart (as per 42mm case) rather than correct 22mm. The bezel scalloping is wrong for the version also. The watch is essentially the Asian 45mm case with an ETA dropped in. Actually takes the watch further away from visual accuracy compared to the Asian as the movement beat of the 2824 is incorrect. The 42mm is a far better replica of its genuine counterpart. Paying more for what is a far poorer but merely bigger rep is nuts IMO. If you've gotta have a PO get the 4th Gen. 42mm. If you've gotta have a 45mm now buy the Asian for half this money. Thanks, 42 is just fine. Just getting anxious for a new PO.
