Black screws for wet suit extension on SD only?

OK, I have an SSD and have a genuine 93250 bracelet that I wear it on. The wet suit extension does not have the black screw that I typically see on the SD extension links. Is this ONLY used on the SD bracelet and if so, why?

I have just received a SD tool kit and extension that does have the black screw and was wondering if its worth swapping them out, and even more is it accurate at all?

Hi Carl,

The black screws are on the replacement extension indeed.

On the 93160 bracelet, the screws are "metal" like your 93250.

So, no need for a swap.

And there are two different lengths which I didnt know before today. One has an L and is quite longer than the stock one that has an S on it...

That is fun. I didn't notice that.

Indeed, the L one (replacement found in the tool kit) is longer than the S one which is on the 93160!
