creating faux breitling chrono with secs @ 9

Hi,

i am sometime wasting some time thinking about stuff, this time i was looking at movements, and thought if a breitling faux chrono rep could be created with the sec @ 9 movements (like the cheap panerais with secs @9)

i have seen a cheap movement such as the DG3809, with secs @ 9... could such movement could be shoved into a faux breitling chrono rep case? so secs will run @ 9 and the other 2 sub-dials frozen?

not like it has much purpose, now that we have our 7750 reps secs @ 9 functional chronographs, but just for fun

any information would be great, i am trying to learn new things
