silicon oil for movement oiling?

Hi,

was at my local watchsmith yesterday, and saw him service a vintage omega seamaster!

he was about to oil some movement parts, he had gone somewhere and came back with a small plastic bottle marked F-350 silicon oil, and refilled the oil bean he had on the servicing table.

what is F-350 silicon oil? is that one of the fine oils for servicing mechanical movements?

is it made for this?

just wondering, seemed like its not the first time he uses this.

maybe The Zigmeister can know for sure? :)

thanks!
