Is there a 40 or 42mm Pam with a movement other than the 7750?

The wife has hijacked my 005, but has admitted that she would rather have something smaller. So far I've only been able to find 40mm pams with the 7750, which I really want to steer clear of for her.

Anyone know? I'd prefer a manual wind, but i don't think there are any of those either.

An added bonus is I've read a lot of good things about that movement and it's cheaper to service than an automatic.
