(Btw, my TW Classic insert measures 37.25 mm overall diameter with a 3.45 mm width. These are actual measured dimensions, not nominal...nomimal would be probably 37.7mm x 3.5mm)

Also, what type of glue do you recommend if you want to take out the insert in the future (therefore excluding epoxies)? What comes from factory stock?

Why would you use glue? The inserts just snap in. I have never had one fall out, if I installed it properly. Just take care to not bend it while pushing it into the bezel.
