hey guys just received a beautiful asian steelfish from ruby , it woked fine for a few hours then stoped twice , the watch was fully wound & only last about 2 hours then stops again .

now the crown is very ruff to screw in , i suspect that the stem is too big if thats the problem i can easily fix it my self .

what do the experts think ?

thanx for your help

nevermind guys just fixed the problem she's alive again ;) .

the steelfish stoped after 18 hours , is that normal for dg2813 power reserve ?

& the crown seems to screw in , in the power reserve winding position cause i can hear the grinding of the asian power reserve as i screw in the crown

is that normal for dg2813 movement ? or do i have to do a movement transplant .

thanx in advance ..

Mine also makes a grinding noise when screwing in crown. Not sure if it is the power reserve winding or just tight.

Any info from members with some experience of this would be greatly appreciated.

cheers

My experience with the ETA version is that the screw-in crown was very tight initially but that it gradually lossened up and became very smooth. I understand that this is a common feature of the ETA and likely the Asian version is the same.

Thanks for the quick reply.

That's good to know.
