How to get date at 6 vs 3?

I am hoping to upgrade some of my Asian Movements (4813?) to ETA 2824 or ETA 2892 in my Franck Muller Conquistador Tonneaus. The ETA suppliers I have seen online offer these movements but seem to have only the date feature at 3 oclock in the photos.

Is there a way to get the date to show properly at 6 o'clock position? (Some alternate part, or does the date wheel flip over, etc?)

Also, the 2892 movement looks to be ~ 1mm thinner. How do I compensate for this thinner movement? Where do I get an alternate movement holder or make it work?

The most common date position in a watch is @ 3 O'clock. So you can have it positioned @ 11:55 if you so choose to.

What you would need is a datewheel whose position is orientated @ 6:00. Jules Borel or Cousins UK may have these parts available.

Most likely, you would need a newer movement holder, though the easiest option would be to shave the deficiency out of the existing movement holder. I think you also may need to deal with newer holder clamps because the final position would be lower than the slots used for the clamps.

On the movement issue you need to check the position of the stem to the different movements, if on the 2892 (or seagull st18, as it is a cheeper altenative then the 2892) it is closer to the dial than the 4813 the stem on the movement will not line up with the tube on the case, you may be able to use a dial spacer to line it up again by then the hands may be too close to the dial when you refit them, but you will need new hands any way as the hand sizes are different from the 4813 and the 28xx movements, so it is not neccesarily the hight of the movement you need to look at but the distance of the stem from the dial.
