0.25mm second hand on 0.22mm pin movement?

As topic says, is it possible to mount a second hand made for 0.25mm pin on a movement with 0.22mm?

Yes, anything is possible. You will either have to gently pinch the tube of the sweep hand so it can grab the fourth wheel, or use a very small amount of glue to hold the hand in place.

The second method is not really a good idea as there is a risk of getting glue in places where there shouldn't be glue.
