Watchmeister
No need to respond but I just wanted to warn those who are contemplating swapping Swiss 7750 for Asian 7750. If you are counting on swapping the Asian datewheel (because it is more accurate aesthetically) for the ETA one that comes with the Swiss movement be forewarned that you may not be able to do so. It varies on the watch. On my Breitling Chrono Avenger the movement was easily transplanted but the datewheel from the Asian was not. I was lucky as the ETA font that came on the Swiss movement was actually closer to the correct date font on the Chrono Avenger. The Avenger comes with a Breitling font but it is from a different watch.
Helmut
May sound like a daft question but why would you want to swap a Swiss for an Asian? Seems to me like swapping an Aston Martin V8 for a Tatra truck motor.
Pugwash
May sound like a daft question but why would you want to swap a Swiss for an Asian? Seems to me like swapping an Aston Martin V8 for a Tatra truck motor. I think he's talking about swapping in a swiss for an asian, as opposed to swapping out.
