longshot Posted June 19, 2006 Report Share Posted June 19, 2006 I've decided I don'y really need a Sub as I'm pretty happy with my TW/Best SD. But ever since another member pointed ouit that the 12:00 marker does not line up with the minute track it's been bugging me I was also told that this is very common with Taiwan dials? Does anyone have any ideas for a source for a better dial I can drop in (it's ETA of course) and maybe a better/more accurate insert that will fit?? Thanks in advance for any help! bruce79 Posted June 19, 2006 Report Share Posted June 19, 2006 IMO, it would be cheaper and less of a hassle to just realign the marker yourself. I'm pretty sure they're glued on but check with the experts here to be sure. And there are tons of better inserts...just keep looking. But once you get the insert (if it is decent) the bottom and sides of it will have to be sanded down which is a bit of a project...good luck.
