Asian GMT II Pepsi/Coke

I read through the GMTII buying guide. I still need some advises on where to get an Asian movement GMT II.

Trusty and Josh have the beginner version. I can ask other dealers on the board to source the Asian movement GMT II. But who has the best version for under $100? I like the traditional pepsi and coke bezel than the ceramic version.
