olesch Posted March 25, 2008 Report Share Posted March 25, 2008 (edited) Hello! I am completely new to this site, I got the URL from the guy I bought my Swiss ETA Submariner. I have had my replica for 2 years now and last month two dots on the face of the watch fell off and laid loose. I had a tool to open the back of the watch. At first I didnt know how to remove the crown, but after some research on the net (before i got this url) I saw that you had to push down a lever in a hole to release the crown. I used a toothpick to do this and the crown easily came out. However after assembling everything together again, I cant get the crown into place, it wont stay in. I have tried putting it in in different angels and turnings but no luck. Could anyone give me some help regardig this or maybe a walkthrough with pics to do this? jdavis Posted March 25, 2008 Report Share Posted March 25, 2008 It is sad to say but, you have damaged your keyless works by pressing the release button too hard. It can be repaired but, some disassembly is required.
