JuiceMaker
I recently bought my first rep that runs on the new Asian 7750 movement (28,800bph). the chrono function works a little funny. when I activate the chrono to ON (by pressing the button @ 2 o'clock), & I have the watch wearing on my wrist, if I start swinging my arms forwards & backwards (as if I'm running), the sub-dial hand for the hours @ 6 o'clock starts to move forward to 1, 2, 3, etc. when it shouldn't. this hand starts to move regardless of how long I have activated the chrono function (1, 2, 10, or 20 min.), so it is moving forward when it shouldn't. but, if I stop the chrono & reset all the hands back to the original START position, the sub-dial hand @ 6 o'clock doesn't move at all, even if I swing my arms really fast. I just got this rep less than 2 weeks ago, so the movement should be new. don't know what's the problem. anyone have experienced the same problem? I really don't want to send it back to the dealer. here is a link of my post: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=69912
anton
Sounds to me like a defective hour wheel or lever. Try contacting your dealer for a replacement, sicne you say it was purchased not too long ago.
lanikai
Remember you posting that it was like this out of the box.. the A7750 is avery good movmt. after Ziggy serviced my BCE graphite it is keeping SPOT ON time.. Zig advises me that the A7750 mvmt. is just as good as the ETA 7750 .. but with proper servicing.. read his review on the movement.. BUT back on point you should get it replaced by your dealer.. f5mando
The only difference between men and boyz are the price of their toyz Forgive me, Ianikai, but I just wanted to say something after reading your quote so many times: Street-speak spelling not withstanding, the difference is would be the correct form in this sentence. Only in a plural context would the differences are be appropriate. Thanks for playing. Edited April 27, 2008 by f5mando
