Bezel Insert

Hi Guys,

I attempted my first watch mod yesterday and let's just say I lost. Working on my new UPO to change from Orange to Black on the Bezel Insert I ended up pulling off the Pearl attached to the Bezel itself. I tried to pull the pearl+metal piece off the old bezel insert but this didn't work. Adding insult to injury, while I was working on the watch, I ended up having the post on the band (which allows it to click/lock when securing the bracelet) come off.

I'm therefore looking for two parts. First is a new bezel complete with a good looking pearl and black insert. And second is a recommendation and hopefully a pointer on where to get the post fixed. Any help is really appreciated.
