I think there is one phrase that is heard in all languages in all parts of the world when "expectations" are not met... "Just wait until your Father get's home' ..... the wait was the worst part...

The only reason my dad didn't break my fingers for not getting 100% was so I that could hold a pencil for the next test. He waited until the holidays.
