PAM 118 won't wind or set hand

I have an older PAM 118 bought from Paul when he was abay. It has been repaired twice (stem won't engage to either wind the watch or move the hands). The problem persists. I believe that it needs a new movement, Who does this, and at what price?

I would expect that the keyless works is messed up for some reason. Not a difficult repair, but time-consuming. You could ask Rex over at RG, he
