In replicas, I would say yes. (considering the ratio between all replicas made and the number of replicas with a 7750 inside.)

However, the 7750 is by far the most used chronograph movement in genuine chronos, and it is not hard to get.

Try to message seller johngalarza on ebay. I bought 4 movements off him for $165 a piece that The Zigmeister installed on various projects. They are a fantastic deal and exceptional quality. He might of cranked up the price a bit since the demand has grown.
