peepshow Posted May 19, 2008 Report Share Posted May 19, 2008 AFAIK, they are all the same. Yes, the lume sucks, so plan on getting it relumed. I did a comparison of my wife's gen H series PAM048 with the C series rep 048 here: http://www.replica-watch.info/phpBB3/viewt...f=7&t=38344 It is a VERY accurate rep. The datewheel should be replaced with one from Lello or similar, the cyclops can be upgraded but is secondary to the datewheel upgrade, IMO. Relume is a must. Other than that, it is a true "super rep" that's been around since before the term was ever used. No gen PAMs have ever had double AR, so I would advise against having that done. Plus, I'm not sure if any of the AR guys are doing it on crystals with date cyclops. Good luck, it's a fantastic rep, one that doesn't get the attention it deserves, IMO.
