Who is the best most reliable dealer to buy this from? Especially when considering QC issues? I would much appreciate your experiences.

Depends a lot on where you're based (Europe, N America, Asia) and any experiences you had before. Most of the dealers on this board carry the same model so obtaining it isn't tricky. We had two, both with crappy dials, both got returned to our EU dealer. Unfortunately the second one was lost in the post and we didn't bother again.
