nice find there! but are you sure these are from panerai? i have no idea from blueprints but there are no diameter measurements and fonts are wrong

I'm not sure if they are or aren't from Panerai, and it's been a while since I've studied mechanical drawing, but take a look at the full size drawings, I believe all the numbered arrows reference other drawings in the set. One of the other drawings would have the dimensions.
