Still needs deburring and polishing but hopefully you get the idea. Sould I Lume the inside of the 3,6,9 markers? Index lume the entire dial? No lume at? Leave it like it is? Hard to tell from the pictures, but if this is a wrist watch, then I would consider some other hands. But if it is a pocket watch, the hands may work.
