tgchrono2
hello, i would like to replace th erubber strap of my IWC Cousteau divers becuase it was cut a little close to the watch case lug. Do you think its easy to replace it ? The pins on case do not have screws & looks like simple pins (push in/out). Ant reccomendations will be helpful from IWC experts. Thanks in advance ! yellomen
I don't understand why you want to change the strap... It is a pushpin in the middle and when you press it the pin going all the way through can be pushed out.

takashi
You need help of another person. One pushes the pin from inside of the strap then you hit the pin from outside with a pin + hammer.

AMK000
You need a Pin , a plastic hammer and a watch case holder. Search on ebay ...... they sell the pack (of watch tools ..... all china made) for less than 15 usd. This pack contains all the necesarry tools mentioned above.
