Can you guess what are the good stuffs used and works done for this PAM114?

What are the improvements do you suggest to perfect it?

Well, the case back is wrong for a 114, I believe. However, there's no correct caseback out there that I'm aware of. The crown looks pretty decent. Is the canon pin flattened and polished? If not, do so. Then add one of V's new crown guards and you're all set, IMO.

What is V's new crown?

How can I convert to 10D which has a T swiss T and Dseries closed caseback. Where can I get them?

Nope, D series would be a Luminova dial, only the 010A and early 010Bs should have T dials.

010D casebacks are available from Davidsen.

V's new crown guard is a Pre-V/current Historic shaped CG. I've got two on the way.
