Contact a dealer. I swear, I hate these inserts so much. They are the weakest part of any watch and show wear very quickly. I looked at my SMP Chrono the other day and there's a tiny chip. I baby the watch and know I've never banged it on anything, but its there nonetheless. I much prefer SS bezels.

If you can get away with replacing just the insert, try a search on fleabay. I know several members have acquired good replacements from there, prompted by their dissatisfaction with the pearl. I'm procrastinating on my insert replacement until I can get the DW done..
