maybe fake because:

The small hands look badly installed, they go upwards.

There is a "Rolex" logo in the background.

Just a hunch, I have no idea about Daytonas

Looks genuine to me also. However with the new movement it is getting harder to tell. Do you have any other pictures of it?

the modified ones which are not 04/05 models usualy have those bold sub's which this watch has not.

whats irritating me is the sweeping second hand. but maybe thats just the chrono woring!

The sub at 6 looks like it isn't fitted flat, but the other two are.

I wouldn't want to say one or t'other without more pictures, but I suspected it might be one of the new ones with 2 fake subdials and working seconds at 6, hence the main second-hand moving??

Definitely not that version, the chrono hands on that one are permanently parked.

I have no reason do think otherwise; Evan has been on the PMWF (where I am sure this photo came from) for a long time, I do not beleive he would post a fake and pass it off as the real thing.

Very bad angle, impossible to tell the position of subs, but looks like real...

Were is the best place to find perfect as ( possible ) a rep daytona

Look at the time 10:10 looks like a pic of the real deal.

That 6 o'clock marker looks a little off centre to me - FAKE!! :thumbsdown:

I believe this watch is a fake...just look at that shoddy dial placement...and the subdial hands are tinny looking...but what do I know?

Genuine. Look at the following:

Rehaut height/depth

Bezel shape (flat not domed)

Hour indicies

Pushers

Shape of the lugs

The new generation of 7750B1 reps are amazingly close, but there are still characteristics that identify them as reps.

Look at the perfect lum. mostly 3 and 9

i don't see the laser crown on the crystal at 6 position, but difficult to tell from angle of photo.

I would say real..maybe ..until I see more photos..

I have never seen a crystal rise that far off the bezel on a rep.

It looks a lot like my EL Daytona.

most certainly real...the biggest thing to notice the difference are the hour markers...no roundish shape to them like on the reps...also looks like the hands are already the fat hands

Gen without doubt, correct pushers, logo on dial and fat hands.

Looks real. The telll-tale fake mistakes are not there. The coronet has the slight corners at the bottom on the sides. Something you never see in a fake. I vote REAL. Could use more pics.

CG looks a bit fat... pushers look a bit long... but it might be the angle of the photo?

the hands on the 3 sub dials look a bit fat though...
