Master Chief
Dear All. I have a IWC 3717 with asian 28800 from Angus. It's original condition good. But, since it arrived from Jakub for day-date swap, minute-hand is swaying (about 1 minute) when I shake watch, and also date wheel is not completely changing (position is not align vertical center). All asian mov generally has this problem? How can I fix it? Can you give me some advice? Edited July 5, 2008 by Master Chief
scoobs1971
All asian mov generally has this problem? Maybe the hands and wheels haven't been installed correctly, but sometimes the minute hand of an A7750 can move a bit when shaking. You'd better ask Jakub for advice what to do. rckh
Dear Buddy: I'm sorry to hear your issue. But, acording my experience A7750 on IWC always like that. I owned 1 21.6k & 1 28.8k version; both have got same problem. Even I send it to service; my watchsmith told me the problem came from the gear size not fit at all to make it. So; I swap my 3717 to ETA7750 & all problem gone. Best Regards, Raymond

I have a 28.8k 7750 3717 and the day and date wheels line up perfectly. But a slightly swaying minute hand sounds familiar to me...
RWG Technical
If it worked good and was lined up before you sent it out for work, then the fix is to return it to where the work was done and get them to address and correct the problems. My advise would be to send it back. RG
Master Chief
Dear The Zigmeister, scoobs, and Ray. Thanks for your advice. In fact, I went to local watchsmith yesterday, but he said he can not fix because this is not an elaborate watch naturally. I'm disappointed at Asian 7750. I want to sell it off. Thanks all, anyway. scoobs1971
I'm disappointed at Asian 7750. There's no reason to be disappointed about the Asian7750. Before this there was no problem with the movement. You need to send the watch back to Jakub and have his watchmaker fix the problems......
