hiker01
Hi all! I have a PAM 195 that I purchased early in my collecting hobby and now I realized after seeing other members' 195 pictures and at Paneresti that mine is the wrong shade! Here's how it looks like: Is there a way of making this the right finish? BTW: the caseback cover is also wrong, if someone have the right cover for this model and would like to get rid of it or you know where to get it, please PM me! Thanks! hiker01
Unfortunately, no. Thanks, sssurf! Maybe I'll let it stay under the sun and the elements for a months (without the movement of course) and see what happens!

StormTooper4
Hike that is almost a bling 195 it has such a shine it almost looks ceramic. Have you tried to Cape Cod it, it might be worth checking with a profesional Jewller to see if they could polish it down abit. It looks pretty sharp though. What does the back of yours look like ? The original is supposed ot have the owners name engraved on it so its going to be hard to get right. Here is mine ST4
Guest avitt
@avitt: really! Not even UV rays would affect it? Nope...It won't fade, oxidize, or otherwise weather. (It might get a little dirty, but that will wipe right off.) In fact, weather resistant coatings is one of the key uses for PVD.
