Unless you (incorrectly) glued the tube into the case, you should be able to remove it fairly easily by wedging a small, round hobby file into the hole & then unscrewing the tube by turning the file. I've tried, but I just seam to be tearing out the inner metal. The tube was already installed with the watch so who knows what they did.
