FxrAndy Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 Well mine is swim proof found out today at least to 3 m but there was no 5m board to do my impact test, ah well.
doc savage Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 I love the field testing of expensive reps! My UPO was tested in a similar fashion; any non-chrono with screw-down crown should do fine but I don't think I would risk it again. I'm heading off to the pool and taking my Casio.
FxrAndy Posted July 22, 2008 Author Report Posted July 22, 2008 Naaaaa get it wet i have tested all mine less the portugese this way!
DuDro Posted July 22, 2008 Report Posted July 22, 2008 Naaaaa get it wet... That's what she said! Seriously though...I always check the gaskets on all of my watches and apply silicon lube before subjecting them to water. Haven't had any issues yet!
FxrAndy Posted July 22, 2008 Author Report Posted July 22, 2008 I cross my self twice and check the crown before i jump
Guest Sql_pl Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 My soon-to-be father in law took his Ingy that we bought him with Ola to swim in both pool and sea on tunisia vacations and it survived without a problem. He actually said it started to keep better time after that
