omoplata Posted July 4, 2006 Report Share Posted July 4, 2006 Hi, I have seen a number of very impressive looking DuPont lighter reps in the photos section but I do not know what to look for to assess how good these are. Are there any instant giveaways on the reps of DuPont lighters that would be akin to the crown guards or magnification of Submariners for example? How good are they usually? I recall people getting them for ~ 30 EURO but I am not positive about that price, so I don't want to claim that Silix is overcharging. christo75 Posted July 5, 2006 Report Share Posted July 5, 2006 Josh has 'em. I bought one off eBay advertised as genuine. Makes the classic DuPont "PING" although the sound is slightly off.
