Help needed- identify this movement

I need to know if this movement is a high beat asian 7750 or not before I sell it here on the board. Last thing in the world I want to do is misrepresent something. I was sold it as such and believed the vendor implicitly although of course they won't have examined it themselves.

Sorry to say this, but it looks to me like 21600 A7750. I'm by no means expert on Chinese movements, but this is based on movements I have seen so far in reps I have handled.

This is picture of how stud arm (marked with red arrow) on new 7750 w/regulator should look like - from your pictures it does not look like that
