Panerai 111h from DSN running way too fast

I've had the watch for around 7-8 months now and I only wear it very sporadically. It used to keep very good time, but as I wore it today, I realized that it is running extremely quick. Probably over an hour over a 24 hour period.

Is the movement completely broken? Can any adjustments be made? Are there any good rep-friendly watch makers in socal or who else should I send it to? Thanks!

i think its hosed man.... you might as well sell it to me at a huge discount... you know, cuz its broken and all...
