Broke the stem on my SFSO

Fear not it's a cheap Asian version, but I would love to get that fixed.

The movement is gone as well, as the stem came right off the movement one day I tried to wind it, and with the caseback removed and me pressing on the stem removal button, I noticed it would not let me put the stem back in, so like the caveman that I am it broke after applying some pressure.

Is it easier/cheaper to buy a whole new watch?

Any idea who was that dealer that sold the asian SFSO with saphire crystal and AR? Ive been looking but no luck anybody rememebr off the top of their head?
