Date Not Centered! Breitling-SuperOcean Steelfish White Asian 21J

Hey Folks..I just received the Breitling SuperOcean Steelfish White Asian 21J from Ruby.

Problem: the date is not centered in the little square. (sorry no picture yet, but I noticed it immediately).

The date numbers appear to be set a little too high and are offset. I have emailed Ruby to inquire what my alternatives are..no reply yet, but sometimes it takes awhile to get a reply back.

Any suggestions for a remedy. Sort of torn, not totally happy.

I could probably send it back adding to my cost of the watch and waiting another 3-5 wks until a receive another watch.

Maybe have somebody fix it, again on my dime. I do not have the tools or knowlege to attempt to fix it myself.

Re: my initial feelings of the watch:

-Like the look and weight. SS band seems cheap

-can see that the Breitling was punched on the clasp

-clasp and edge is a bit sharp and difficult to work

Maybe my expectations are too high, but I am sort of comparing this watch to my $110 Seiko.

Appreciate anybody's input.
