cskent69 Posted August 29, 2008 Report Posted August 29, 2008 If anyone has disassembled their Skyland bezel - it would be goot to know if it is simply the bending of a piece of metal that will make the reverse stop stronger. I have this problem on mine as well. The bezel mechanism on these skylands is certainly not as good at the ones on the Evo.
poopypants Posted August 30, 2008 Report Posted August 30, 2008 I do see that you can certainly turn the bezel the other direction with little force... I caught the bezel on a polishing cloth and it turned the opposite way easily...
cskent69 Posted August 30, 2008 Report Posted August 30, 2008 PP - so your's does it as well? Hmm - can others please chime in - is this a systemic problem? I am also trying to decide if I should send it back. I have already sent mine back once due to a very poorly made dial and a missing bezel screw.
poopypants Posted August 30, 2008 Report Posted August 30, 2008 i wouldn't send it back... it has to be a very simple tweak... i know someone took one of these apart... the used v1 and v2 parts to assemble some super ultimate version?!?! cant find the post though...
