Rep noobie question

I heard this from one of the rep watch dealers here but since they're not on the same scale as the dealers here I thought I'd run it by the friendly and helpful people here.

While I was selecting a watch to buy, the dealer mentioned that although she wasn't exactly discouraging me from purchasing any particular watch, she told me that they've had a lot of issues with watches with rotating bezels. One of the main reasons I settled on the IWC CD instead of the Tag SLR.

Is there any particular truth to this?
