So I just need a 1) 21j Movement 2) a watch casing 3) suitable dial, hour and minute hands, 4) a turning [censored] or crown Anything that I still need? Not all cases are compatible with all movements; you definitely need one that allows the movement and stem to line up center in the crown tube, otherwise you risk snapping the stem. Just what exactly are you trying to build? That might make for providing an easier answer. As the question stands, it's somewhat vague and difficult to really provide any insight to your inquiry... FWIW, Ofrei sells a kit of sorts that includes everything you need, including the movement specific to the case they provide. Might be best to go this route if this is your first time building; it will definitely eliminate the frustration factor, which will make all the difference with your experience in a project like this.
