Probus Scarfusia - what does it Mean ?

It is macaronic Latin.

"Probus" was a Latin word that means "upright".

"Scafusia" vaguely resembles the way an ancient Latin would pronounce Schaffhausen (Schaff --> Scaf, hausen --> usia).

Sort of "Procol Harum".
