47mm Homage Project

Hi. For a fantasy/homage project I found this movement on the bay.

I know it doesn't make any sense historically, I just like its crude/badboy look. There's something very unrefined about this thing.

The question is whether it will fit inside a 47 mm case (like the DSN 6154)???

Any input greatly appreciated.

no and never

this is why i call it "crap"

this movement will run probably 1 day before it died... or 2?

For the record - I really think it looks crap, too. Like some kind of amateurish prototype. Thats what got my attention.

According to the seller it runs perfectly, guess I'm being just naiive

OK t...........gone. damn. that movt, with chunky screws and that weird hold-down-pin thing or whatever it is.. looks like Da Vinci made it in a hurry - as a child.

BTW - what (regarding size) should one look for when browsing movts on the bay? I see size 17 and 18 mentioned a lot... just trying to learn
