Timepiece Posted September 11, 2008 Report Posted September 11, 2008 I just got back from a holiday in Toscana (or Tuscany) Italy. We stayed near the beautiful city of Florence (or Firenze). A visit to the famous Panerai boutique near the Duomo Plaza was definitely on my list... ...Only to find out at the end of my visit at 14:00 that the shop opens at 16:00. Well the good thing is I performed the tourist ritual and touched the bronze pig's nose at the Mercato Nuovo meaning I will return some day to Florence. Some other interesting watch shops where you can find a lot of (the repped) models gathered can be found on and around the Ponte Vecchio area. For IWC and Breitling: For Patek Philippe: For Corum: Also Omega is represented heavily, but mainly inside the AD stores.
