The questions you asked can't be answered in this thread, too much to talk about. There are no reps which are 1:1, some are better than others but in many ways. By this I mean, some are more accurate than others in terms of look. Some are not accurate in terms of look replication, but the build quality is superior than other reps.

So it all boils down to what you are looking for, and what flaws you can live with. Personally, I don't care much about how close a rep is to the gen in the look. I am concerned with build quality.

A bit of a general/high level question. As with anything, there are varying degrees and levels of quality, accuracy, etc.; this consideration also spans across specific models within a 'class' or category as well.

i think rolex was the first watch that was sell as rep. i must be over 40 years that they make rolex reps. so i thought i could be the best reps.

Rolex has to be one of the most replicated watch brands out there, but again, there is a wide range of quality available.
