I need help from Admin

Hello dear members.

I have a problem. For the last two years I had the status of SUPPORTER and just awhile ago, my status just disappeared with no warning, just overnight.

I have tried to contact Admin but with no success.

Can someone tell me how I can reinstate my SUPPORTER level and/or how I can get Admin to contact me, at the very least?
