After using Rodico to clean, should it be disposed?

A quick newbie question about Rodico, you'll have to forgive me on this one

After using Rodico to clean a dial and crystal etc, should it be disposed or can it be re-used?

I've heard it can be reused but just remember that over time all the oil, dirt, etc it's picked up will stay in the Rodico rendering it less effective and even harmful (sort of like a sponge you can't wring out).
