sevomd Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 This a totally modded out IWC BP with a gen dial, ETA movt on a custom HK strap.Originally done by Tom Bombadil. It is encased in a Russion Pilot watch case, so it is much heavier and solid feeling than the reps available from the dealers. The only thing was to get the date font correct and in line with the date window, The Zigmeister had to fudge the date and the date is for show only. So I can only wear it on the 25th of the month... but no biggie I have enough watches to ooccupy the other days. Thought I'd do something artistic with the pic. Eddy
Estaban Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 Eddy, I wanted that watch both times around. Looks perfect (with the killer AR coating). I just can't help to think that the crown would do some damage to my wrist. I guess wearing it one day per month will take care of that problem.
