xxl17 Posted September 29, 2008 Report Share Posted September 29, 2008 Just wanted to give Andrew some positive feedback. I had ordered a UPO from him which stopped running after a couple of days. I emailed Andrew who immediately responded, gave me detailed instructions on where to send it, and how to send it. I followed his instructions and mailed the watch back to China. He then emailed me again when it was received and about two weeks later sent me another email saying that it had been fixed and shipped out. 4 days after that my watch was back at my place working perfectly. I must say I was very impressed with his customer service and attentiveness. I just wanted to make sure he got some positive feedback for it. It was seamless and extremely professional.
