greg_r Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 Nooooooo, watch the Onze video - it is the BEST: and that's the one I'd have posted if I had a copy of the RWG1 database like you do........ Watch 'em both - you can't have too many tourbys. There's an interesting video of the Panerai tourby out there too if I could only find it again...
JohnG Posted October 7, 2008 Report Posted October 7, 2008 The Tourby Song Come with me And play my game Patta Ping Patta Poom I'm on fire Put out my flame From the first time You called my name Your were the heat You were the flame Patta Ping Patta Poom Feel the light Taste the dark Play with all Of your heart Deeper and entwined Forever You're mine You crossed the line And now your mine I see your soul Right through your eyes So full of desire Put out my fire Your body is lifting me Higher and higher

Luthier Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 TASTE IT BABY!!! AM I IN GAY BAR??????????????????????
Luthier Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 The fake tourby is just an exposed balance wheel. Here's a video of a real tourbillon movement: I HAVE to buy one some day soon - the chinese tourby movement is extraordinary value and a real work of art.... Do you know the prices??? How about from $2800 to $12,000 a watch? Look on Seagull webpage! Well... Ofcourse, I can get it much cheaper... I want one-two from the catalog, that I posted on RWG ages ago.
greg_r Posted October 9, 2008 Report Posted October 9, 2008 Do you know the prices??? How about from $2800 to $12,000 a watch? Yes, OF COURSE I know the flamin' prices, I wouldn't be talking about buying one otherwise. Sheesh. There are quite a few reps and 'unbranded' watches around based on the Seagull flying tourby - some of them are quite inexpensive, comparatively speaking. Look on Seagull webpage! Well... Ofcourse, I can get it much cheaper... I want one-two from the catalog, that I posted on RWG ages ago. yeah, yeah, yeah......
