lililii Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 Friend just got back from Thailand and he brought me one of these. It actually looks not bad but not sure if its a good rep cuz never seen one of this. sry for the bad pics. anyone got better pics that i can compare with? thanks
andreww Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 Is that a quartz movement? There are a couple of versions of this watch. The only automatic with working chronos uses the 7750 and suffers from inaccurate subdial spacing. The quartz and automatic with faux chronos have better spacing but are usually 42mm not 45mm like it should be. The biggest problem with yours is the white datewheel which should be black. Also, the date font should be turned 90

Omega Fan Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 Its quartz for sure see the 24h subdial....
lililii Posted October 8, 2008 Author Report Posted October 8, 2008 hmm but the chrono is working tho.
Omega Fan Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 sure ... the chronos have much bigger chance on working in a quartz ! Quartz is good really, very reliable and accurate. My ski watch is a breit nav quartz ... love it
dalame Posted October 8, 2008 Report Posted October 8, 2008 definately quartz, seconds are running @6 and the 24h counter is at 3. chrono minute counter @9. ive got the same movement in my quartz hbb.
