IWC with complications

I'm no IWC expert, but there's something very peculiar about that - just looks 'wrong' somehow. Maybe it's me - is it a fantasy model?

Edit: having had a bit of a Google - it appears to be a Portuguese perpetual calendar. The only problem is that - for whatever bizarre reason - it appears to have been built into the wrong case; a Big Pilot if I'm not mistaken. No wonder it looks odd.
